ISP's doing what when BTRC reduces Internet bandwidth Price?

Dear Friends,

First of all I would appreciate BTRC for taking steps to reduce the rate.

Question is - Would we(Specially Home User) enjoy that Reduced Rate/Better Speed from our ISP? Who is gonna ensure this?
To ensure this we need a monitoring body. BTRC or some other authority can do that.
I am specially noticing Mr. Alamgir about the word you noticed "Monopoly", used by Sumi, as far I understand she didn't want to mean monopoly business but the unethical, Illogical rate imposed by the ISP's of our country.

So bringing the price down in mainstream should have a effect at user end too in respective manner. Otherwise we should raise our voice to a authorized body that can take necessary steps against ISP's unethical rate.

Dear Masud Pervez,
Thanks for your concern about the QoS of ISP's. But I guess, ISP's still do not get any written instruction about new pricing. BTRC don't sell bandwidth to ISP's. Only IIG like BTCL and Mango Telecom. When any ISP query about new pricing, they just answer that they didn't get any written instruction from BTRC. What can a ISP do now? Sell bandwidth in low price and pay higher to upstream provider to make Internet User Happy?

Thanks
